Vancouver, August 10, 2015 - Canasil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: CLZ, DB Frankfurt: 3CC, “Canasil”) announces that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for final acceptance and closing of the non-brokered private placement announced on July 27, 2015, consisting of 600,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.045 per Share for gross proceeds of $27,000 which closed on July 29, 2015. No commission or finders’ fee is payable with respect to the private placement, which is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company will use all of the $27,000 proceeds to pay mineral tenure fees on its mineral claims in Mexico. No part of the proceeds will be used to pay management fees or to pay Related Parties.
The shares issued under this private placement are subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months from the closing date to November 29, 2015.
